Darrel Frater founded Sharp Shooters Global LLC after spending years in the trenches of entrepreneurship — building, failing, learning, and rebuilding. He understands what it feels like to run a business with no clear roadmap and too many decisions competing for your attention at once.
That experience became the foundation of his advisory practice. Rather than offering generic frameworks copied from business school, Darrel works from a deeply personal place — drawing on biblical principles of stewardship, servant leadership, and long-term thinking to help entrepreneurs build companies that are worthy of their potential.
